It is FREE to create an account in this OTH Bidding/Auction Site. You MUST Be Log-In to your OTH Customer/Members Account in order to Bid on an OTH Auction Item.

Account Cancelations

If your account stay dormant for more than 2years with no activity, you will receive a notice of pending suspension. If your account continues to remain dormant for another 2months = 2years/2months total with no activity, you will receive a notice of pending cancelation and your account will be temporary suspended. If your account continues to stay dormant for another 2months = 2year/4months total with no activity, your account will be Canceled. If your account is cancelled you will lose all your benefits and rewards that you earned. If canceled you can create a new account for free.

If you Violate our Biding Policies, and also by not paying for an Auction Win, your account can be canceled/suspended. If your Account was canceled/suspended because of non-payment, you will be on a probation period of 6-8months. After the probation period you may bid again, but if you violate these polices a second time, you account will be canceled and you will not be allowed to apply for a new auction account.

Duplicate Customer Account

If an Duplicate Account has been created under the Same Name, we will do either one of the options below…

We will Keep the Newest one and will Deactivate the Oldest One. 

If there is an order attached to an account, we will keep that account and deactivate/delete the other account. 

If there is OTH Store Credit attached to an account, we will keep that account and deactivate/delete the other account. 

Biding Terms & Conditions

Seller Know as “OTH”

Site Open to Close

This site is usually up 24/7, as long as there are products to Auction Off. If there are NO Products To Auction Off, OTH will Temporary Close the Site until more products are available to Auction Off. You will be notified of this status.

Posting & Time Frame of Auction

OTH will Post an Auction Item 2-3 days before it’s auction start date/time. The time frame for a Auction Start to End is usually 3-5 days. (Sometimes 1 day for fast sells). You can Bid with-in the Biding Time Frame. If the Auction Item Does Not Reach the lowest amount accepted for the sell set by OTH at the end of the biding time frame, the Auction will be extended 1-2 more days. You Can Bid As Long As The Auction is Open. The Highest Bid Wins!

Placing A Bid

When the Auction is Open you can start biding until the Auction ends. The Highest Bid Wins! You will be notified by OTH if you win or lose an Auction. You can only bid up not down. BE the highest bidder, place a bid higher then the one placed by the other person. Once a bid is placed there is NO REDUE Button or Back Out Button. Placing a bid on an auction is a commitment to buy. Bidding will be available until the auction closes.

Auction Time Frame:

Auctions are set to last for 3-5 days. If one on these days falls on a weekend, the days are extended for that following Monday.

Buy Now

If there is a Buy Now Option, you can buy the product now at the set price with out bidding.

Payments

If you win an auction, you will be notified by OTH and you will have 3 days to make your purchase. This site can only accept Credit/Debit Card Payments. (No Payments nor Financing Options Available). Orders will not be processed until order is paid in full.

Unpaid Items

When a buyer commits to buy something on OTH Auction Site – by winning an auction, agreeing to an offer with a seller in a listing – they are obligated to complete the purchase by sending full payment to the seller. Payment must be paid in full before order can be processed and shipped.

Placing a bid on an auction is a commitment to buy. Failure to pay for items is a violation of our Biding Policies. Payment MUST be made on the day of winning the item. You will be notified if you won the auction. You will have 3 business days to make the payment.

When a seller cancels an order because the buyer hasn’t paid, the unpaid cancellation is recorded on the buyer’s account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid cancellations may have limits imposed by OTH, or lose their buying privileges.

OTH Shipping & Handling Policy  and Turn Around Time

Shipping Methods:

Please note: due to system limitations, our shipping rate structure may be different for orders placed through our website than those placed via mail paper order. As we continue to gather data on shipping costs, we may modify our website shipping rates in the future.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are price-based and/or weight-based. The price/weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all prices/weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar/pound.

For orders placed through our website, our shipping rates and methods are as follows:

Continental US Shipping Addresses:

  • Ground Shipping: Orders generally ship via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, UPS Home Delivery, UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail. The same rates apply for residential and commercial.
  • Rush/Express Shipping: Rush/Express shipping is no longer supported through our website. Rush shipments must have prepaid shipping labels provided to Customer Service at the time the order is placed.
  • Shipping is not available for PO box addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Other US Shipping Addresses:

APO/FPO addresses – Orders going to APO/FPO addresses must have prepaid shipping labels provided to Customer Service at the time the order is placed. 

Canada Shipping Rates:

Orders to Canada are no longer supported at this moment until the COVID-19 Restrictions are lifted. 

Other International Orders:

At this time we are not shipping orders to locations outside of the United States. (APO/FPO addresses are supported)

Shipping Times:

Ground shipping methods within the USA (FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel Select, USPS Priority Mail) will take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to reach a destination, plus 1 to 2 days processing time.

Tracking:

For orders placed through our website, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking number as soon as a shipping label is generated for your order in our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 12-24 hours for a tracking number to be trackable through the FedEx, UPS, or USPS websites, as the carriers must scan packages first. If you are still unable to track your order after 12-24 hours of receiving a shipment notification email, please contact our customer service team or the shipping carrier customer service team for assistance.

Packaging and Packing of Orders:

All packing and packaging of orders is done at our discretion.  This includes box sizes and weights.  This will be done within reason and shipment provider guidelines. 

Third Party Shipping Accounts:

We are unable to use third party carrier accounts for orders placed through our website.

Insurance & Damage Claims:

All shipments are insured for their full replacement value. If you or your customer receive an item that was damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement. ROUTE is available at check out for extra shipping insurance. 

Shipping Options:

We use the most efficient carrier for your area. Shipping and Handling charges include processing, handling, packaging, fuel cost, and shipping cost. Shipping and Handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Rates are subject to change. Please use your street address for shipping, Continental U.S.: Allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping and handling. Next day delivery and express shipping and handling are Not Available at this time. In most cases, Next day delivery orders arrive the next business day. Express orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Express 2-3 business day service are also not available. Next day delivery orders must be received by noon CST Monday through Thursday to arrive the next business day; orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday; orders placed Saturday through Sunday arrive on Tuesday. We regret that this service is not available on items shipped directly from our suppliers, personalized items and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. Certain Zip codes may not qualify, Please call for details.

APO/FPO: The standard method of shipping is determined at the time we receive the order, payment has been processed and at the time the order leaves our warehouse. Allow 7-10 business days with basic shipping. With express shipping is determined at the time we receive the order, payment has been processed and at the time the order leaves our warehouse as well. Fright chargers apply within the continental US. Balance due will be billed or overpayment will be refunded. We use USPS, UPS, DHL and FEDEX for our shipping providers.

Processing & Shipping Turn Around Time:

As soon as we receive your Order Invoice (with-in 12hrs) we will start processing your order (during regular business hours) and only if your payment has cleared. The process can take another 1-2 business days to complete. The reason for this, is because we need to verify product inventory levels & payments has been processed 100% and cleared (Orders can not be processed until order is paid in full, we will contact you if there is any issues with this process). Once product inventory levels and payment has been verified, we will start processing your order ASAP. The turn around time is an average of 3-4 business days/sometimes sooner (weekends, holidays, or natural disasters can affect this turn around time, if this happens we will contact you). 

Invoices:

You will receive a invoice at the time of purchase from our site www.othsite.com/auction, you will also receive a packaging slip in your packages, and you will also receive a invoice by email once the order is 100% completed.

You packaging slips may contain the following info on them:

  • Your Name
  • Your Email
  • Your Address
  • A list of your product(s) you just bought.
  • This list will only contain Item #, Item Name, & Quantity, Not the Prices.
  • Over The Horizons Name, And/Or the Name of the OTH Agent that processed your order And/Or Dept Supervisor Name, Other Name Examples Below….

    • A Supervisors Name over the OTH S&R Dept

OTH Warehouses:

OTH uses several different warehouse to store and ship our products to our customers. Your products maybe shipped at different times and in different packaging depending on the warehouse(s) that we ship your product from. Shipping maybe delayed due to each warehouse OTH uses to fulfill our customers orders and depending on the inventory levels per warehouse.

Payment Policy & Payment Options

Online:

Debit/Credit Cards Only, Do Not Send Currency, All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed.

Credit/Debit Cards:

Master Card, Visa Card, Discover Card, and American Express Card are all accepted, as well as all debit cards from your financial provider/bank. All orders will not be processed until your Credit/Debit Card payment has cleared. If your Credit/Debit Payment is denied then your order will be canceled.

Gift Cards/Certificates:

Can only redeemed with Online Purchases. Gift Cards bought on this site are Only For This Site. Gift Cards bought on other OTH sites will Not work on this site. The Gift Card will have 8#’s and with a Prefix “AGC”. Gift Cards can only be purchased in the amounts of $0 – $250. No expiration date on gift cards.

Payments & Financing:

The only payment plans/financing available with this site is thru PayPal. You must apply with PayPal not with OTH. PayPal has the final decision who qualifies or not. You will make the payment arrangements with PayPal not OTH. This option is available at check out.

Closing Cost:

There is a Closing Cost Fee that is automatically added to the price of the product before the auction starts. The starting cost of the product is figured in this way… Product Cost (Lowest Possible Cost) + Closing Cost Fee = Total Starting Auction Price. The Closing Cost can range from the following fees… $0.00 – $50.00 depending on the product.

Credit/Debit Card Terms & Conditions 

All Credit/Debit Cards must have the account holders name printed on the credit/debit card. Over The Horizons will not accept credit/debit cards drawn on banks outside the United States. In the event that any credit/debit card is returned, I agree to pay a service charge of $50, or such other service charges if the amount mandated by state law as well as any additional cost due to collection of debt as permitted by applicable law. Any orders attributed to a returned credit/debit will be cancelled immediately. Over The Horizons will pursue credit/debit card user makers who submit insufficient funds to the company to the fullest extent of the law, Use of draft method may result in orders being held until funds have cleared the bank. This Terms & Conditions (This Agreement) is a legal agreement between you (You, Your, Customer, or User) and OTH, an independent establishment of OTH. I agree to the Terms & Conditions set fourth in these terms & conditions for the use of my credit card payment information that I choose to utilize within OTH. OTH Claims Terms & Conditions, and Return Policy

Refunds:

If you get a product that you do not like for some reason (like wrong size, color, etc…) you can do a refund. A Refund claim must be made within a week of receiving your order by mail. If the product is damaged in the mail, a claim must be made within 24-48hrs. If a claim has not been made with in 24-48hrs then a claim can not be made. A refund can only be made if you don’t like the product not if it is damaged. In order for a refund, Over the Horizons product(s) must be returned to Over the Horizons before refund can be made. Product refunds have to be made within a week after shipment of product has been received. You will have to fill out a Refund form with your sales rep or customer/members support. You will only be refunded for cost of product, you will not be refunded the S&H, Sales Tax, and/or the 2.5% credit card fee (if you where charged this fee). After Over the Horizons Shipping & Claims Department receives the Refund Form, and the product then the refund will be processed and then you will receive your refund with in 2-3weeks later by VIA Email in a form of a VISA Check Card or an American Express Pre Paid Card.

Damage Claims:

In order for a Claim to be made on a Damaged Product, the “Product” must be returned to Over the Horizons “OTH” before the Claim can be process. Over the Horizons will cover all shipping charges. Claims must be made with in 24-48hrs after receiving your product by mail. Please allow 3-5 weeks for the claim to be process. After claim has been process, OTH will mail you your new undamaged product (OTH will cover the S&H). Exchanges must be equal to or less in value to the product that was damaged (OTH will cover the S&H). If you decided you wanted a refund, your refund will be put onto a “VISA Check Card” or “American Express Pre Paid Card”. OTH Refunds only include Price of the Product, Product Sales Tax, and the Product S&H.

How do I return a product? To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition and in its original package and must have been purchased from our website. The return must be initiated within 24-48hrs of receipt and will receive a 20% restocking fee. Not all products will be warrantied by OTH, but some maybe. Most products may come with a Manufacture Warranty, and some may not. Please contact the OTH Sales Staff to ask about Product Warranty Info. 

Down For Maintenance:

This site is usually up 24/7, But sometimes issues arise. If an Issue Happens, OTH will close the site for Maintenance. You will be notified of this status. OTH usually does not take a site down if there is a Auction in progress, but if this happens where OTH takes the site down during an auction, your bids will be saved and the auction time will be extended.
